The scrum is the grease that keeps the agile marketing sprint running and just another word for a meeting or huddle. The scrum is the time that all the different players on your small business team come together and report on the activities of the marketing sprint. Each player will report on three things during each scrum.
- What they did yesterday.
- What they will do today.
- Any obstacles that stand in their way.
During your marking sprint you should have a minimum of 3-5 scrums each week for 15-30 minutes. I recommend to all of our small businesses clients that they have daily scrums. Daily scrums will increase communication and help teams quickly overcome and remove obstacles in their way.
